Mystery Customer
Online Mystery Shopping Program Review

I have been registered with Mystery Customer for about 18 months. I have done several mystery shops with them. Their system is easy to use and they pay quite well.

The assignments that they provide are usually interesting and varied and I have done mystery shop with registered clubs, restaurants, a wide selection of retail outlets, car dealerships, holiday parks and quite a few telephone surveys.

The bulk of assignments are listed on their web site in the first week of each month. A preview of what each assignment entails and how much it pays is listed under the 'Open Opportunities' page.

Simply read the preview and then decide whether to apply for it or not.  Assignments are allocated quickly and successful applications generally appear in your Inbox in less than 24 hours.

You usually have around a two week deadline to complete the mystery shopping assignment which is great because it  provides you with flexibility to plan and schedule jobs at a convenient time.

The rate of pay for assignments is quite good and can vary from $5 for a quick telephone enquiry to over $100 as a reimbursement for dinner.

Mystery Customer pays you monthly for all the jobs you completed during the previous month.

They operate Australia wide, so if you are travelling, and want some extra spending money, you can simply log in to check for assignments in the place you are visiting and apply if you are interested for assignments in that area.

I would recommend working with Mystery Customer.
